• Purchased within the last 10 days.
• Unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable:

• Software, downloadable products, and gift cards.
• Clearance and final sale items.
• Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or alteration.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our Customer Service at support@zestkart.in or +91-123-456-7890 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Once you receive the RA number, securely pack the item and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package and send it to the following address:Zestkart.in Returns Department

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@zestkart.in for further instructions.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

• Check your bank account again.
• Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
