Returns & Refunds

RETURNS POLICY

  • Returns are subject to Zestkart’s return policy. On receipt of your order, you can claim for a return within 7 working days.
  • Returns are processed through mail only
  • Mail your request to support@zestkart.inmention your Order id in the mail subject line
  • Share your return concern in the mail with the following details
    • Images of the product delivered( front & back) to be shared.
    • Product images of the Old product (front & back) which you are using.
    • Share the Laptop/Product model (image preferred)
  • The seller would be informed about the return request & you will be updated on the resolution given by them through mail
  • Once the seller responds back & validates to return/ replace, the buyer has to ship the product within 2 working days
  • Ensure to self-ship the product using any courier having package tracking capabilities within 2 working days after seller validates for replacement.
  • Product shipped back should ensure packed safely & is in the original condition as it was shipped & the tracking details to be shared with the seller.
  • On receipt of the product & verified by the seller, the replacement product is shipped & updated to you.
  • Your concern will be addressed & resolved within 14 working days.
  • In any case, if the resolution given by the Seller is not apt as per the Zestkart policy then the Zestkart Shield team will address & resolve unprejudiced.

 

 

Note: 

 

  • Products are returnable within the applicable return window.
  • All return requests are processed through only mail.
  • Return request is not accepted in case of Order Error
  • If the return request is for an Order error, it is up to the seller’s discretion to validate for a refund.
  • The return request is accepted only in case of receipt of defective, damaged, or different products
  • Once the return is validated & requested to be shipped back product has to be shipped proactively within 48 hours to get a quick resolution.
  • If an eligible item is out of stock from the same seller, If the order cannot be replaced. Only a refund against the returned item will be issued.
  • The return/replacement of the product will be subjected to the warranty terms & conditions mentioned in the invoice/description mentioned on Zestkart.
  • In case the New product is returned should include price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories that were shipped along with the product.
  • In any case, buyer rejects the order, return shipping charges & refund processing charges will be applied to the amount paid & the rest will be refunded.
